Coming from a direct pressing, the Côtes du Rhône rosé is remarkably fresh and light ideal for aperitif in summer.

  • Soil

    Sandy and clayey slopes with fossilized sediments. Northern exposure.

  • Grape varieties

    Cinsault, Grenache noir and Syrah. 

  • Winemaking

    The grapes are destemmed and directly pressed. Then the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo regulated fermentation at 18°c during 20 days.

  • Tasting

    Color : clear and salmon color.

    Nose : fresh red fruits at the nose.

    Palate : very long and fresh with red fruits hint.

  • Food & Wine pairing

    With salad, roasted meat or any summer dishes.
