A brilliant color, a nose of flower, a long fuity mouth, this enjoyable blend of grenache, cliarette and roussanne will be perfect for aperitif or grilled fish.

  • Soil

    Sandy and clayey slopes, with fossilized sediments. Northern exposure.

  • Grape varieties

    Clairette, Grenache blanc and Roussanne.

  • Winemaking

    Grape varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately.  After pressing and must settling, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated tanks with a low temperature control (17°C) during 3-5 weeks. Before the blending, the wine is aged on the lees for 3 to 4 months.

  • Tasting

    Color : a beautiful brilliant  and goldy color.

    Nose : stewed fruit and white flowers at the nose.

    Palate : is Rich and  well-rounded in mouth with a long fruity finish.

  • Food & Wine pairing

    Perfect with grilled fish, aperitif or mediteranean sea food.
