The Cotes du Rhone villages appellation designates certain areas in the region where the soil and the climate produce wine that is considered to be of exceptional quality.

  • Soil

    Sandy and clayey slopes with with fossilized sediments. Northern exposure.

  • Grape varieties

    Grenache noir, Mourvèdre and Syrah.

  • Winemaking

    Grape varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately.  After 24 hours of maceration, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated tanks during 15 days with regular pumpin-over. The wine is aged in stainless tanks for 12 months before bottling.

  • Tasting

    Color : an intensive garnet-red color.

    Nose : spicy touch with red fruit flavours at the nose.

    Palate : smoothness in mouth with a long fruity finish.
