The regional Cotes du Rhone appellation represents 80% of the territory's production. These are wines full of the region's sunshine, warmly welcoming, offering a strong and inviting color, and always frank and generous.

  • Soil

    Sandy and clayey slopes with northern exposure; soil composed of sand and fossilized sediments.

  • Grape varieties

    Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache blanc, Roussanne and Viognier.

  • Winemaking

    Grape varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately.  After pressing and must settling, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated tanks with a low temperature control (17°C) during 3-5 weeks. Before the blending, the wine is aged on the lees for 3 to 4 months.

  • Tasting

    Color :beautiful brilliant and goldy color.

    Nose : stewed fruit and white flowers at the nose.

    Palate : is Rich and  well-rounded in mouth with a long fruity finish.
