Entre Parenthèses

Cuvée Luc Pélaquié

An atypical wine where there is muscat in the blend. A wine of character, full-bodied with sweet notes on the finish.

  • Soil

Sandy and clayey slopes, with fossilized sediments. Northern exposure.

  • Grape varieties

Grenache blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and dry Muscat (15%).

  • Winemaking

Grape varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo regulated tanks at low temperature (17°c). The wine is aged in 500L oak barrels during 9 months before muscat is added. Its atypical blend makes it an outsider from AOC regulation.

  • Tasting

Color : very intensive and brilliant golden color.

Nose : ripe white and exotic fruits at the nose, with a vanilla touch.

Taste : full-bodied and long in mouth, it offers a fresh attack before a sweet and elegant finish.

  • Food & Wine pairing

Perfect with white meat and fishes with sweet spices.
