Cuvée Luc Pélaquié

The only varietal wine of the range, the "Cuvée Mourvèdre" is very original. This grape variety Mourvèdre permits to get a wine very colored of great quality, aromatic, tannic and structured, able to be kept. This wine is full-bodied and delicate, and becomes very complex with some time.

    Slopes of rolled pebbles, continental sands on grey clay.

  • Winemaking

    Grapes are totally destemmed before vatting. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated tanks during 15 days, with regular pumping-over. Then the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

    Color : beautiful deep garnet color with brilliant reflection.

    Nose : intense Spices and stewed fruits at the nose.

    Taste : full-body and well-rounded in mouth with a persistent and silky finish.
