As soon as the harvest is finished, the winemaking begins. Several months will go by before the wine has reached maturity. The process is different for the Cotes du Rhone regional wines and for the "Crus" of Lirac and Tavel, and also for the reds and whites.
Luc Pélaquié and his oenologist work together to follow every step of the winemaking procedure, so as to master the natural process. As each type of wine reaches readiness, the team tastes them to prepare their blending. The wine is then finished and ready to go into bottles to bring pleasure to every table. |
